Terms of use

These terms cover the borc.ai site. Use of the software installed on premises is governed by the licence contract signed with the customer, which prevails over anything written here.

The licence is granted for the size and the number of seats stated in the signed token. The customer may not remove or bypass licence checks, and receives the signed updates described on the Security and data page.

Remote support opens on request from the administrator, is time-boxed and recorded on the customer machine. Updates are applied inside the agreed window, with manual approval if the customer chooses it.

The information on this site describes the product and the standard configurations; it is neither a quote nor a performance guarantee. Performance figures are measured on the installed machine, as stated on the Sizes page.

Italian law. The competent court is named in the contract. The final text of these terms lands before the first contract.
