The borc.ai site is static: it uses no analytics, does not profile visitors and has no forms that collect data. If you write to us, your address and the text of the message are used only to answer you.

The only cookie is the technical one for the theme, and only if you pick the light or dark theme. Details are on the Cookies page.

Customer users, documents and conversations never pass through our systems: they live on the machine installed on premises. In the central database we keep numeric metrics and contract data only. The data processing agreement is limited to support and maintenance.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion and portability of the data concerning you, and object to processing: write to info@borc.ai. If the request concerns an installed instance, the answer comes from the controller, that is from your own company.
